Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll replace it—no hassle.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and a photo of the issue
  • We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you

No need to return the original item.

Exchanges (Size / Fit Issues)

Got the wrong size? It happens.

We offer one free replacement per item for sizing issues.

  • Let us know your correct size
  • We’ll send a replacement—no return required

Please double-check our size guide before ordering to get the best fit the first time.

Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept standard returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing (after replacement has been issued)
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • General wear or misuse

That said—if there’s a legitimate issue, reach out. We take care of our people.
