Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

• International Orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

That said, once a package leaves our hands, delays can happen. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

• Check with neighbors or your local carrier
• If you still can’t locate it, reach out to us

We’ll do our best to help—but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
